HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy experience with TET Clothing, however if you need to return or exchange an item please send it back to us within 14 days of signature. Please ensure you enclose in writing your full name, address & order number with the returned goods. All goods returned must be sent via a royal mail trackable, insured service.

RETURN CONDITIONS?

All items must be in original packaging complete with tags & any accessories. Please make sure item(s) is well packed we cannot be help at fault for any damaged items. Please ensure all returned are sent via royal mail recorded delivery, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods. If returning from outside the UK please mark the parcel as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any customs charges. TET Clothing will not be held responsible for any charges incurred. (Delivery For A Return To Be Paid At Customers Expense)

HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND / EXCHANGE TAKE?

We aim to refund returns within 48-72 hours after receiving goods. Before refunding said item(s) they will be inspected thoroughly to make sure they match our returns criteria. Depending on your card issuer your refund should be with you within 2-5 days. If you are exchanging goods and providing your item is in stock you should receive return item within 3 days.
