How Do I Return an Item?

We strive to ensure that every customer enjoys a great shopping experience with TET Clothing. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, please return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

In case you've misplaced your paperwork, kindly include the following details with your return:

  • Your full name
  • Your address
  • Order number
  • Reason for returning the item

All returned items must be sent via a trackable, insured shipping service. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is returned with damages caused by insufficient packaging.


Return Conditions

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please keep in mind the following:

  • All items must be in their original packaging, with tags and any accessories still attached.
  • Items should be well-packed to avoid damage during transit; we cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged due to insufficient packaging.
  • Returns must be sent via a tracked delivery service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods during return shipping.
  • If you're returning an item from outside the UK, mark the parcel as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges. TET Clothing is not responsible for any fees incurred.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How Long Will My Refund / Exchange Take?

Once we receive your returned item, we aim to process your refund within 48-72 hours. All returned items will be thoroughly inspected to ensure they meet our return criteria.

  • If you're requesting a refund, please allow 2-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer.
  • For exchanges, provided the item is in stock, you should receive your replacement item within 3 days.

Cancelled or Changed Orders

If you change your mind and wish to cancel or modify your order, please be aware that you may be charged fees incurred by us for the payment methods used. These include:

  • 6% fee for Clearpay and Klarna
  • Up to 5% fee for payments made with American Express

This is due to our small business structure, where we lose a considerable amount each month from these payment processing fees.


Measuring Your Pit-to-Pit

To avoid returns due to sizing issues, we highly recommend checking your pit-to-pit measurements before placing your order. You can easily check the sizing chart in the product description. If the measurements are not listed, we're always happy to provide them!

ired to remove the Certi-Logo tags from all C.P. Company Menswear products.

In the UK, C.P. Company is sold exclusively through a UK distributor, and the brand enforces strict price control and sales restrictions. This means we may not be able to sell certain items through unofficial channels and we must comply with these guidelines to ensure continued supply.
