Please ensure you enclose in writing your full name, address & order number with the returned goods. All goods returned must be sent via a royal mail trackable, insured service.

All items must be in original packaging complete with tags & any accessories. Please make sure item(s) is well packed we cannot be help at fault for any damaged items. Please ensure all returned are sent via royal mail recorded delivery, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods. If returning from outside the UK please mark the parcel as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any customs charges. TET Clothing will not be held responsible for any charges incurred. HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND / EXCHANGE TAKE?
We aim to refund returns within 48-72 hours after receiving goods. Before refunding said item(s) they will be inspected thoroughly to make sure they match our returns criteria.
